1 lemon, juice and zest
1 Tbs honey
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries, crushed
small paper cups or ice pop molds
treat sticks
Directions
  1. In a bowl, add the yogurt, lemon juice, zest and honey. Stir to combine. Add blueberries. Gently fold into the yogurt. Spoon the mixture into small paper cups or ice pop molds. Insert treat sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Tear away the paper cups before enjoying.
